The Admission form for Nursery, L.K.G. U.K.G and STD-I will be issued from 9th Jan. 2012 between 9.00 am to 11.30 am.

NUR: 2.6 yrs to 3.5 yrs

LKG: 3.6 yrs to 4.5 yrs

UKG: 4.6 yrs to 5.5 yrs

STD-I: 5.6 yrs to 6.5 yrs

Requirements for filling the Admission form are as follows

1. Municipal Corporation Birth certificate of the child. (Original)

2. Electricity bill or Telephone bill or Ration Card.(Xerox)

3. Passport size photo of the child, Mother, Father

4. Admission form is available in School Office.

5. Child medical fitness certificate.

2. Admission form to be submitted with above documents in office between morning 9.00 am to 11.30 am

3. Student should bring pencil, pen & eraser etc. as per the requirement of the interview paper.
